How You Can Share Your Thoughts

We recognise that everyone has a different way of communicating. We invite you to share your experiences, suggestions, or concerns in the way that feels most comfortable for you:

• Feedback Form for Kids: If you prefer to provide feedback privately or in your own time, you can scan the QR codes located in the lobby on the safety poster or request a paper copy from reception. This form allows for anonymous reporting and goes directly to our Senior Leadership team for review.
• Email Us: We take the safety and happiness of our players seriously. We welcome your feedback on our physical environment, staff interactions, or how we can better support you. You can email us at any time at [email protected]
• In-Person Discussion: Our Managers are always available for a “yarn” or a professional chat. If something didn’t feel right during your visit, or if you have an idea for how we can be more inclusive, please ask to speak with the Shift Lead or Venue Manager directly.

Our Commitment to Action: Every piece of feedback is reviewed by our Child Safety and Operations officers. We use your input to update our training, improve our room designs, and ensure we are living up to our promise of safety for every player.
